Got myself a exhaust for Christmas, tired of my carbon fiber intake causing intake noises to be louder then my exhaust. Learned a few things while installing the new set up with my friends in a freezing cold garage, like the fact that the Z33’s stock muffler is gigantenormous and the underside of my car is ridiculously clean. Now the issue is I can’t enjoy driving it for a while, because snow... yay Colorado.

I, too, am in the “intake louder than exhaust group”.... But a twin-screw will do that to you. ;)

Clean Z33. Always love the classic RPF1s on a Z.

Yeah, it’ll do that, haha, this car will probably see boost in some for or another at some point. And thanks :)

Sadly, the VQs really need some type of forced induction to wake up. At least by modern standards lol. Thankfully they have a ton of support with that regard.

Yay Silverstone Grey gang!!! Yours looks equally as clean as mine, great to see a well looked after Z33, what exhaust did you get? How many miles on yours?

Unless you are really really good at building a balanced car, lol, there’s a Z in Canada that has one it’s time attack class championship 2 years in a row now and is N/A beating s/c’d Z’s, but the amount of money dumped into it is pretty insane for just 340ish whp, haha

Went with the SOHO single catback, and it is kept clean and safe in the garage a lot but she isn’t driven soft ;) future plans are full time track car, so it won’t be clean forever, lol. 25054 miles at this exact moment

That’s a local buddy of mine who runs his Z pretty hard. It is the definition of #becauseracecar

Really amazing, never heard that exhaust, mine is a True Dual Invidia Gemini with the most ridiculously oversized blue titanium tips ever.

Mines currently at 7000 miles, though mine is a 2004, I’ve already done a club-track track day with mine though; have you found a fix for the understeer, though? It’s really the only thing that’s keeping me with my eye on John Cooper Works prices at the moment...

Anyway, happy to see another Sliverstone 350Z out here, love seeing these cars treated the way they should be, they are play-things, but they are not the crass, unsophisticated, cheaply modified POS some people have...

SOHO is known for their single turbo kit as it’s..one of the only 2 for 350Z’s that anyone talks about, this specific exhaust was part of the combination that won best sounding N/A 350Z at the 10th Annual 2013 ZDayz. And squaring up front to back tire and wheel sizes (don’t that with a non-bass model, it’ll confuse the t/c and vdc, luckily the bass doesn’t have those to worry about (why the base model is popular for track cars)) got rid of a lot of my under steer, still have a bit from time to time but it’s fairly neutral now it seems. Still haven’t got to my suspension but that’ll always fix it if set up correct.
